Skriibl’s professional linguists are experienced interpreters and translators in many fields. While Skriibl Linguistics is a new entity, our linguists have experience working with one of the largest language service providers in the world and caring for top business client’s linguistic needs.

While we take great pleasure in specializing in the translation of educational children’s books, that is, by far, not all that we do! We are experienced in translating everything from marketing websites to rental contracts, and we have years of experience as interpreters, working with many industries. So, you’ve decided to start your project, but how much is this going to cost? That’s a great question. At Skriibl, we offer competitively priced services to suit all your linguistic needs, but each project is different, and our rates are based on the demands of your individual project. 

Here are some of the considerations we evaluate when determining cost: 

• What type of material is being translated?
• Is this for internal use or client facing material?
• Is this promotional material written in relatively simple language?
• Will you be having your newly authored children’s book full of creative rhyme and puns translated?
• Is this a specific text for a highly technical field?
• Do you require interpretation for your next conference call or business meeting?

After you fill in our contact form, one of our linguists will review your documents and request. You can expect an email from us if there are any questions about exactly what is required. 

We respect your requested deadlines, but if we are unable to accommodate your request, we will inform you of our projected delivery date. 

You will receive a quote for the requested work, which also serves a contract. Please review the quote carefully. If you are in agreement with the terms outlined for your project, please sign and return the contract along with any required deposit. Our linguists will then begin work on your project.

During the period in which our linguists are working on your project, you may receive an email or two from our linguist to make any necessary clarifications. Please answer back as soon as possible, so that there is no delay in delivery.

When the project is complete and ready for delivery, you will receive an invoice via email. Please make your final payment at that time, and the final documents will then be delivered.

Please review your documents carefully. If there are any errors or concerns, please contact your linguist to make corrections. We offer a round of revisions at your request. If there are major revisions at a later date, you will be required to pay for services rendered.

Finally, we ask that you fill out and submit our feedback form regarding the services you’ve received from Skriibl. We always want to improve our quality of service, and we need to hear when you appreciate a job well done!

Yes, of course! The linguist assigned to work on your projects will be in direct contact with you. You will have your linguist’s email address and LinkedIn profile. If you have any concerns, you can reach out directly to the linguist working on your project, or to Skriibl administrators at admin@skriibl.com. 

If, before delivery of your documents, there are updates or if you need to cancel a translation, we understand, but please be considerate of the following guidelines:

• Please submit only final drafts of your documents for translation. 
• If you do have updates, please inform our linguists immediately, to avoid translation of outdated material. 
• If you must cancel a translation, we ask that you pay for any work completed up to the point of cancelation.

Payments are handled through PayPal. You can pay with your preferred credit card or your bank account through that platform. You will receive a PayPal payment request link on your invoice, and for any initial deposits, on the quote. Final payment is due before the completed documents are delivered, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

Data security is crucial to Skriibl Linguistics. We have laid out all the information regarding our use of your data on our legal page.

We are eager to hear your feedback about our services. We ask that you fill out our feedback form after each project we complete for you. You will receive a link on your invoice.

If you are not satisfied with some aspect of the services rendered by Skriibl Linguistics, please inform your linguist right away! We want to do everything we can to make sure you’re satisfied with the services you’re receiving. 

If you would like stylistic changes to a document, or aren’t satisfied with the tone or phrasing chosen by our linguist, this is an area where we will make corrections as requested. If revision of your documents is required, we offer two rounds of revision after delivery of your documents. Further revisions will be charged at the rate of the project.
